Madness Reigns – Cthulhu/Custom Dice Bags made by The Dice Bag Lady

I got one of these suckers

Cthulhu in the house

Fans of various Warhammer podcasts like Heelan Hammer, Bad Dice & the Corehammer sponsored Black Sun might well have heard of The Dice Bag Lady aka Annie, but since I can’t assume that all of our readers are Warhammer Fantasy players who are interested in the tournament scene, I thought I would share this sacred resource.

So as the name suggests, Annie knits custom dice bags for Wargamers. This is a positive for 3 reasons.

  1. It keeps your dice nice and safe, no more stupid Chessix dice cube for me.
  2. It keeps it themed with your army (or not if you want one with tits on, see below).
  3. It forces gamers to talk to the female of the species, something the less functional gamer should do more often.

On a serious note, Corehammer love a good DIY project and this is hitting that nail firmly on the head. Good people doing creative things is always going to float our boat. I just got a Cthulhu for my girlfriend because I knew she would like it and I’ve got my name down for an Ogre themed bag too, at some point I guess I’ll cave and get a Tomb Kings and Warriors of Chaos bags too, because we all know that each army should have it’s own dice and therefore it’s own dice bag.

Bags are available in different sizes, so smaller ones are great for wound markers and other counters whilst the big ones are suitable for your mass of dice and other crap you want to store and take down the games club.

For more examples of Annie’s work, check out her Facebook page, there is an insane amount of pictures and designs in the photo section. If you would like to get a custom bag made, send a tweet to @TheDiceBagLady and she can discuss designs and price with you.

All the pictures stolen from Annie’s Facebook page.
